    Automation & AI Consultant

    Freelance · Self-employed, London

Lead-generation and automation tools, built end-to-end for SMEs.

5 hrs → 15 minper week, Council Planning Tracker

    • Won two SME engagements, a construction firm and an accounting practice: found the prospects, cold-approached the decision-makers, ran discovery, and pitched in plain business terms.
    • Designed and built lead-gen pipelines: aggregate public data (council planning applications, for one), classify and score with deterministic rules plus an LLM step, then trigger one-click personalised outreach through direct mail (Stannp) and email APIs.
    • Owned each implementation from requirements to handover. Both clients are available as references.
    • Completed Harvard CS50P. Daily fluency in Claude Code, Cursor, n8n and LLM APIs. Advise clients on buy versus build.

  2. Sep 2025 – Jan 2026 Employer

    Graduate Commercial Advisor

    Babcock International

The commercial function, on complex multi-party contracts. Led the Microsoft 365 Copilot rollout on top of that, self-initiated.

~50 hrsteam hours saved, per month

    • The role itself: hands-on with complex multi-party contracts. Analysed terms, built pricing proposals, supported pre-bid submissions, ran RFQs, and drafted inter-company agreements and NDAs across project, technical, legal and finance stakeholders.
    • On my own initiative, alongside those day-to-day responsibilities, led the organisation-wide rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot and responsible-AI guidelines across the commercial function: requirements, training design, change management, adoption. An internal AI implementation from business case to embedded daily use.
    • Mapped commercial workflows for manual bottlenecks and built Power Automate flows that removed repetitive data entry, around 50 team hours a month. Also self-initiated.

    Evidence

One of the flows, anonymised: the shape is real, the fields are illustrative. Built on my own initiative, on top of the commercial role.
